- Monthly Data Transfer
Our control panels provide daily updates to show the data transfer you are consuming, and should your predicted figure exceed the quota an email notification will be issued. You can either pay for the additional usage on a pro-rata basis, or upgrade to the next hosting plan.
- POP3 Mailboxes
A POP3 mailbox is essentially a password protected area where mail is stored until you are ready to read it using a mail client such as Microsoft Outlook, The Bat! or Thunderbird. You can create a mailbox for each person or department in your organisation.
- IMAP 1GB Mailboxes
The port number for incoming IMAP email is 143 as opposed to the default POP3 port number of 110.
- SPAM + Virus Filtering
Our spam filtering services allows you to configure every aspect of which messages are considered spam. SPAM filtering is available on a per account basis at an additional annual charge.
- Catch-All Email
If a mail arrives to a domain name mapped to an account that does not have a specific mail forwarders, group address or POP3 mailbox assigned to the recipient, it will be handled by the configuration set on the 'Catch All' setting.
- Webmail
As well as the ability of reading your mail using your mail client, we also provide you with access to a feature packed webmail for access on the move.
- Auto-Responders
Auto-responders reply to incoming email instantly and automatically. You can set and change the text of the reply and the trigger address whenever you like. Auto-responders are ideal for customer service or informing people when you are away.
- Graphical Statistics
View daily statistics for your web site, see how many people are visiting your site, where they come from, what search keywords they use to find you and more. Raw log files are also available should you wish to run them through your own statistics package.

Ensure that your customers' data is protected with 128bit encryption to minimise risk to them, and maximise your sales. Shared SSL is provided on an anonymous domain of https://www.securedweb.co.uk/username/.
- Raw Log Files
Raw logs can provide customers with a wealth of information about the visitors to their website. They can simply be downloaded via FTP daily. An additional charge of £15 per year is applicable to access raw logs.
- Website Back-up
Each one of our servers runs a RAID disk failure protection system. In addition, all data is backed up every night to off-site servers. Customers have the ability of backing up all data and databases locally with a single click using their control panel interface.
